Design Review Board:

The Design Review Board is an advisory board reporting to the Planning Board and the Salem Redevelopment Authority. It reviews site plans and designs for the North River Canal Corridor District and the downtown urban renewal area, and for special permits for municipal and religious building adaptive re-use.
