This meeting should include the second vote on the Municipal & Religious Building Adaptive Reuse Ordinance, which creates a special permit pathway to reuse buildings which otherwise cannot be reused because they are in R1, R2, R3, or RC zones. (Residential zones only allowing 1-, 2-, or 3-family housing and "residential conservation" zones.) The buildings must be at least 4,000 square feet large and 50 years old.
