IMPORTANT UPDATE: There will be no candidate forum for Ward 7 because incumbent councilor Stephen Dibble did not agree to participate. He said he might or might not be available on the tentatively scheduled date (22 October) and then did not respond to communications attempting to reschedule to a date that was better for him. We canceled the 22 October forum on the evening of 16 October because we still had no clear answer.
